Our Team

The MSP Design Studio team is comprised of experienced visionaries and developers each with a diverse set of creative skills including web coding, graphic design, illustration, 3D modeling, videography and social media strategy.

Patchaya Banks

Creative Director

Patchaya is the quintessential Jack-of-all-trades. Her interest in design developed at a young age, but she is essentially a self-taught artist. She is a problem-solver and takes pride in her ability to transform a client's vision into reality. Since taking on the role of Creative Director, she has led her team on numerous projects that have garnered national awards and recognition. She is a mother of an adorable, if somewhat hard-headed, preschooler which pretty much takes up all her "free" time.

Lisa Licata

Lead Designer

Lisa has been the recipient of several design awards while studying Industrial Design and Packaging Sciences at Virginia Tech. She’s a huge fan of industrial designer Raymond Loewy, and is very excited to put her skills and creativity to work at the MSP Design Studio. In her spare time, Lisa designs and builds furniture, accessories, and is learning Italian.

Kelcey Carbery

Interactive Designer

Kelcey is a young, motivated, recently graduated MICA designer and illustrator who enjoys event photography, video editing, and filming. She can often be found during her free time binge watching a show with her dog, horseback riding, or walking around Baltimore City in search of great food.

Stephanie LaPenna

Interactive Designer

Stef is an alum from Stevenson University with a bachelors in Visual Communication Design. She is an interactive designer who enjoys Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. During her free time she can be found nannying, binge watching reality shows and Netflix, touring breweries and vineyards, & painting or drawing. If you share and office with her, just know she talks A LOT.

Keith Hutson

Keith loves to use various tools of tech to create artful visual content. He enjoys indie films and watches more YouTube than Netflix, or anything else for that matter. Keith also loves dogs and you can find him doing photography during his free time.
